We will schedule a time to meet at your home and discuss things like prepping for listing, any repairs that should be made, how your home will be marketed, and of course what a good listing price will be. It’s a great time to ask questions and make sure that any of your concerns are being addressed.

If you are newer to this and have never heard of things like a FIRPTA Certificate or 22AD I’m here for you. We will make sure that you are comfortable with the process every step of the way.
